Unconditional Surrender: Americans gathered for a group "kiss-in" in Times Square, NYC and buglers across the country played the military funeral tune "Taps" on August 14, 2010 in the first national day & 65th Anniversary of the end of World War Two.

The famous kiss in 1945 was reenacted today by willing participants in front of a 26 foot statue of that iconic image at the exact spot where it took place 65 years ago.
